Overweight is a very common problem that is found in every second person. The people who are indulge in overweight problem usually trying their best in order to lose weight. They exercise a lot, they follow a diet plan, they bring great changes into their eating habits & so on. But in actual there are still some habit that are actually leading lots of people towards overweight instead of losing weight. Due to these habits they are gaining weight unconsciously. 1) First of all, it is observed that when you eat with your family then you keep bowls full of food on the dining table that draw your attraction, you appetite & in this way you eat more & more. So, always keep less food in plates on ding table for each person. Let the remaining food into the kitchen on stove. If you take food in your plate in less quantity then you eat less & tend to lose weight.
2) You are not drinking enough water in result your calories never burn & you are gaining weight. Water is actually helpful in order to burn calories faster. So drink enough water (from 7 to 8 glasses of water per day).
3) Usually, it is observed that people like to drink different energy drinks, sports drinks & other protein based food items during exercise for gaining energy but in actual that all drinks & food items actually lead you to gain weight because you burn less fat from exercise but gain more from these products. So, try to drink water during exercise water & if required then you can eat fresh fruits.
4) Sleep too much or sleeping too little can also contribute in gaining weight. It is proved by science that that 5 or less hours sleep means you are gaining belly weight & similarly 8 or more also leads gaining weight. So change your habit & take average sleep that is from 6 to 7 hours.
5) Some people have big meal at night time. So, when you eat so much food then it becomes hard for body to digest it at night & extra food convert into fatty acids. Consequently, your weight starts to increase. So, change this habit & eat less before sleeping. Take an amount of food that is easily digestible.
6) The pills that are prescribed by the doctor these pills usually have the side effect of gaining weight. So, re-consult your physician now. Ask him/her to review your pills & prescribe lower dosage or amount of pills or substitute with some other pills that are weight impartial.
7) It is seen that people usually prefer low food items so that they can stop gaining weight but in actual by eating low fat products they are gaining weight I mean to say that low fat food items digest very fast, make to feel appetite & urge you to eat more so in this way low fat food items makes you to eat more & gain weight. So, avoid low fat food items.
